Wilma Juanita Cranor

Wilma Juanita Cranor, age 97, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Friday, March 1, 2024 at Tradewater Health and Rehab in Dawson Springs, KY.  Mrs. Cranor was born on March 25, 1926 in Caldwell County, KY to the late Hardin Cummings and Bessie L. Milton Cummings. She was the eldest member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Caldwell County and was a beloved mother and homemaker.

 
 She is survived by her daughter-in-law ~ Susie Cranor of Dawson Springs, KY; a sister ~ Eva Cranor of Princeton, KY; a brother ~ Robert Cummings and his wife, Annette; two grandchildren ~ George H. Drew and Tracy Lyn Drew and two great-grandchildren ~ Zoey Drew and Aubrey Drew.
 
 Mrs. Cranor was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband ~ Walter Eugene “Coonie” Cranor; a son ~ William Roy Cranor; sisters ~ Lucille Stewart, Barnie Oldham, Margaret Cummings, Shirley Haile and Barbara Metcalfe; brothers ~ Texil Cummings, Hardin Cummings, Jr., R.B. Cummings and Harold Cummings.  
  
 Visitation for Mrs. Wilma Juanita Cranor will be Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 12:00 until the funeral hour at 2:00 PM at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Caldwell County, KY with Rev. William Bud Baird and Rev. Chris Baird officiating. Burial will follow in Rosedale Cemetery in Dawson Springs, KY.

Pallbearers will be:  Donald Oldham, Chad Plunkett, Jimmy Lamb, D.J. Oldham, Justin Plunkett and Chad Veal.
