William Russell Carroll

William Russell Carroll, age 83, of Ilsley, KY passed away on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at his residence. Mr. Carroll was born on June 28, 1938 in St. Charles, KY to the late Felix Carroll and Georgia Mae Keyser Carroll. He worked for many years and retired with Speed Queen manufacturing. He was a member of the Union Temple General Baptist Church near St. Charles, KY.



He is survived his daughter, Felicia Willett (Charlie) of Dawson Springs, KY; granddaughter, Mariah Webb (Ted) of Dawson Springs, KY and Whitley Grace (Vinnie) of Pembroke, KY; three grandsons, Zachery Willett of Dawson Springs, KY, Travis Willett of Alabama and Cody McBride of Crofton, KY; and eight great grandchildren.



Mr. Carroll is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 62 years, Kathryn Carroll; daughter, Rusty Denise McBride; sister, Betty Alexander; and brother, Thomas Carroll.



Visitation for William Russell Carroll will be Thursday, July 15, 2021 from 12:00 PM until the funeral hour at 2:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home, 201 N. Main St., Dawson Springs, KY with Rev. David Hoard officiating. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. Active Pallbearers include Zachery Willett, Vinnie Grace, Ted Webb and Charles Willett. Adam Lynn Willett-Devine will be an Honorary Pallbearer.
