William Lee Knight

William Lee Knight, age 53, of Crofton, KY passed away on Friday, May 6, 2022 at Baptist Health Deaconess Hospital in Madisonville, KY. Mr. Knight was born on January 4, 1969 in Princeton, KY to the late Thomas Earl Knight and Betty Gray Green. He was a welder at Martinrea in Hopkinsville, KY for 12 years and was previously employed at Dana in Hopkinsville, KY. Mr. Knight attended The Voice of Faith church.



Mr. Knight is survived by his wife of 23 years ~ Melissa Wagoner Knight of Crofton, KY; two sons ~ Noah Lee and Isaiah Christian Knight of Crofton, KY; three brothers ~ Sanford Earl (Teresa) Knight of Hardin, KY, John Travis (Tina) Knight of Madisonville, KY and Christopher Thomas Knight of Princeton, KY and a step-sister ~ Amy (Darrell) Baize of Madisonville, KY.



He was preceded in death by his parents and a son ~ Shelby Knight.



Visitation for Mr. William Lee Knight will be Saturday, May 14, 2022, from 12:00 until the funeral hour at 2:00 PM CST at Beshear Funeral Home, 201 N. Main St., Dawson Springs, KY 42408 with Rev. Alan Hopper officiating. Burial will follow at Hawkins Cemetery.



Active Pallbearers will be John Knight, Darrel Bennett, Jimmy Holt, Richie McKnight, Gerald Bennett and Martin Gamache. Brad Wagoner and Johnnie Wagoner will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.
