Toy M. Adcock

Toy M. Adcock, age 96, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at Tradewater Health & Rehabilitation Center, Dawson Springs, KY. Ms. Adcock was born on June 14, 1927 near Dawson Springs, KY to the late Rosco Parker and Lula Jane Trotter Parker. She was a graduate of Sinking Fork High School and she worked for many years and retired with Speed Queen. She was a member of the Bethel Chapel Baptist Church.

Ms Adcock is survived by a daughter, Judy Hillyard of Dawson Springs, KY; two sons, Kenneth Adcock (Linda) of Clarksville, TN, and Dwight Adcock (Belinda) of Madisonville, KY; three grandchildren, Jimmy Adcock, James Thomason and Jennifer Burden; six great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband, James Adcock, grandson, Kirk Adcock; two brothers, Wilmer Parker and J. R. Parker; two sisters, Katherine Eli, and Geneva Hooper.

Visitation for Toy M. Adcock will be Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour at 1:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home, Dawson Springs, KY with Rev. Tim Midkiff officiating and assisted by Rev. Alden Parker. Burial will follow at McKnight Cemetery. Pallbearers include Jimmy Adcock, James Thomason, Heath Burden, Braxton Burden, and Branden Kembel.
