Tammy Faye Salyers

Tammy Faye Salyers, age 48, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on May 1, 2020 at Baptist Health, Madisonville, KY. Ms. Salyers was born in Madisonville, KY to the late John Samuel Barnes and Floella Adamson. She was a homemaker.



Ms. Salyers is survived by two daughters, Tara (Gerome) Smith of Dawson Springs, KY and Mary (Brad) Shuck of Wheatcroft, KY; three brothers, Clarence Barnes, Wayne (Sherry) Barnes, and Clifford Barnes of Dawson Springs, KY; two sisters, Clara Lutz of Earlington, KY and Vonda Rice of Dawson Springs, KY; sixteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.



She is preceded in death by her mother and one brother, James Adamson.



There will be a memorial service at a later time.
