Shirley Mae Davis Rambo

Shirley Mae Davis Rambo, age 79, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Tradewater Health & Rehabilitation Center, Dawson Springs, KY. Mrs. Rambo was born on July 3, 1938 in Caldwell County, KY to the late Robert Taylor Davis and Nola Mae Harris Davis. She has been a member of the Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church for sixty-six years and she retired from working with Ottenheimer Manufacturing.



Mrs. Rambo is survived by her husband of sixty-two years, Jackie Rambo, of Dawson Springs, three daughters ~ Toni (Mike) Storms, Sherry (Damon) Vinson, and Jill (Harvey) Martin all of Dawson Springs, KY, three brothers ~ Gene Autry Davis of Springfield, TN, R.B. Davis and Donald “Donnie” Davis both of Dawson Springs, KY, and a twin sister ~ Dema Stallins of Hopkinsville, KY, five grandchildren ~ Misti Wagner, April (Troy) Tooley, Lyndsey (John) Rogers, Reese (Carly) Martin, and Schyuler Storms; six great-grandchildren ~ Savannah Robinson, Kenzie Oakley, Aaron Tooley, Jeffery Phillips, Alex Tooley and Cora Rogers.



Mrs. Rambo is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers ~ Rev. Robert K. Davis and Raymond Davis, two sisters ~ Louise Cansler and Patsy Austin.



Visitation for Mrs. Shirley Mae Rambo will be Friday, April 27, 2018, from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour at 1:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home, Dawson Springs, KY with the Rev. Barry Cullen and Rev. Randall Rogers officiating. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. Pallbearers include Reece Martin, Schyuler Storms, Jeffery Phillips, John Rogers, Aaron Tooley, and Alex Tooley.
