Patsy Madella Moore

Patsy Madella Moore, age 66, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021 at Continue Care of Baptist Health surrounded by her family. Patsy was born January 28, 1955 to the late Charles and Frieda Perry in Lawrenceburg, TN. Patsy was an LPN for 30 years and served for the Army Reserves M.A.S.H. Unit in Paducah, KY for 10 years. She was a member of The River Church in Nortonville, KY and she enjoyed attending church, reading, listening to music and visiting with family and friends. Patsy thought her greatest accomplishments were her grandchildren and great-grand children.



Patsy is survived by her husband and partner of 40 years, Charles R. Moore of Madisonville, KY. Together they have four surviving children: Stephanie (Shannon) Key of Gilbertsville, KY, Bianca Bumpus of Pensecola, FL, Tonya (Ira) Kittinger of Madisonville, KY and Quentin (Carrie) Moore of Madisonville, KY. She has 11 surviving grandchildren and 11great-grandchildren. Surviving sisters include Diana (Donnie) Yates, Jackie (Gary) Clark, Tamarra “Cookie” Williams and Marquessa (Ray) Fisher; one brother, Malcolm (Sujata) Perry; brother-in-law, Roger McGar and several nieces and nephews.



She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Charlena McGar.



A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the River Church, 1580 Nortonville Rd., Nortonville, KY 42442 with Pastor Howard Jones officiating. A reception will follow in the fellowship hall.
