Opal Jane Flora York, was stillborn on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY. She was the child of Dylan Bender and Flora Kayla Michelle York.

She is survived by her parents; her maternal grandmother, Kay Melton; several aunts and uncles; and many cousins.

She is preceded in death by her maternal great grandparents, Dexter Wayne Melton and Alma Louise Baggett Melton.

The graveside service has been re-scheduled for February 25, 2023, 11:00 AM, Walnut Grove Cemetery.
