Ms. Ruth Ann Adams Farris

Ruth Ann Adams Farris, age 66, of Nortonville, KY, passed away on Friday, July 8, 2016 at her residence. Ms. Farris was born on August 12, 1950 in Dawson Springs, KY to the late Gordon Lewis Adams and Margaret Elizabeth Ladd Adams. She worked at NHC for 37 years as a Certified Nurse’s Aide and was of the General Baptist faith.



Ms. Faris is survived by six daughters ~ Sondra Delaney of Crofton, KY, Courtney Farris, Alize Farris, Armonie Farris and Alexis Farris all of Nortonville, KY and Candice Clark of Wisconsin; a son and daughter-in-law ~ James Michael and Kathy Johnson of Nortonville, KY; six brothers ~ Gordon Adams, Jr., Cleatus Adams, Arnold Lewis Adams, David Lee Adams, Roger Dale Adams and Phillip Wayne Adams all Dawson Springs, KY; four sisters ~ Christine Hale of Dawson Springs, KY, Betty June Lowe of Texas, Elizabeth Sue Hardwick of Kokomo, IN, and Lucy Jane Rains of Cadiz, KY and three grandchildren.



Preceding Ms. Farris in death were her parents, four sisters ~ Josephine Tyler, Ernestine Adams, Mary Messamore and Edna Mae Adams.



Visitation for Ms. Ruth Ann Adams Farris will be on Monday, July 11, 2016 from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour at 1:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, KY with the Rev. J.W. Haire officiating. Burial will follow in Gilland Ridge Cemetery in St. Charles, KY.



Pallbearers will be Sean Dame, Johnny Messamore, Crockett Suttles, Perry Camplin, Terry Hayes, Gary Foster and Rusty Dame.
