Ms. Mary Thelma Mullins

Mary Thelma Mullins, age 83, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at her residence in Madisonville, KY. Ms. Mullins was born on November 24, 1931 in Madisonville, KY to the late John and Katherine Clayton. She worked for many years at the Charleston School in the Hopkins County School System.



Ms. Mullins is survived by four daughters ~ Julia Wright of Earlington, Mary Sherman of Madisonville, Ramona Allard of Dawson Springs and Barbara Lear of Madisonville; two sons ~ Douglas Mullins of Earlington, and Kenneth Mullins of Madisonville; twenty one grandchildren and twenty six great grandchildren.



She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband ~ Clyde Waymon Mullins; a son ~ William, and fourteen brothers and sisters.



Visitation for Ms. Mary Thelma Mullins will be Wednesday, October 28, 2015 from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour at 3:00 PM. Rev. Donnie Howton will officiate.
