Rubye ‘Rhea’ Haile Stallins died Saturday, November 24, 2012 in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
She was a longtime resident of Dawson Springs, Kentucky and a resident for the past several years of Shelbyville, Kentucky.
She was born in Caldwell County, Kentucky on January 18, 1922. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 60 years, George W. Stallins and her parents Minnie Thomas Haile and Ruben G. Haile.
She is survived by a son, Bob Stallins and his wife, Virginia (Ridley) Stallins of Shelbyville, Kentucky, two grandchildren, Kim Dobler of Bowling Green, Kentucky and Judy Phillips (Eric) of Shelbyville, Kentucky, four great-grandchildren, Jacob and Nicholas Dobler and Kara and Lilly Phillips.
She was a longtime member of the Baptist faith. She devoted her life to being a homemaker and doting on her family.
Funeral arrangements are provided by the Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, Kentucky with visitation on Friday November 30, 2012 from 12:30 PM CST until 2 PM with funeral services beginning at 2 PM at the funeral home. Elder Jeff Winfrey will conduct the funeral service. Immediately following the service interment will be at the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Princeton, Kentucky.
