Mrs. Pamela Ruth Martin

Pamela Ruth Martin, age 63, of Dawson Springs, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at Baptist Health of Madisonville, Kentucky. She was born on April 22, 1951 in Texas to Troy Varner and Eleanor Ruth Sandridge Varner. Mrs. Martin was of Christian Faith and she worked as an Assistant Manager and top sales associate in the region for Avon for 20 years. Additionally, she served as the President of the Dawson Springs Business and Professional Women’s Club.



She is survived by her husband of 46 years ~ William Anthony Martin of Dawson Springs, KY, a daughter ~ Angela Christine Martin of Dawson Springs, KY, two sisters ~ Mary Yvonne Varner of Dawson Springs, KY, and Cynthia McGinnes of Bangor, Maine, five grandchildren ~ Truly Martin, Trent Hancock, Sonja Martin, Justin Martin, Teiyanna Martin, and one great grandson ~ Talon Martin.



Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her parents, a son ~ William Christopher Martin (2004), and a sister ~ Patricia Varner Martin.



Visitation for Mrs. Pamela Martin will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2014 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM with a funeral service to be held at 2:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home, Dawson Springs, KY with Rev. Robert Akers officiating. Burial will follow in Lafayette Cemetery.
