Mrs. Helen Yarbrough Menser

Helen Y. Menser, age 94, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY. She was born on April 22, 1919 to the late Rufus and Coatney Armstrong Yarbrough.



Mrs. Menser was a beloved mother and homemaker and was a member of the Dawson Springs Chapter of the Eastern Star. She was of the Christian faith.



She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law ~ Marvalyn & Ron Tolbert of Dawson Springs, KY; a son & daughter-in-law ~ Billy Lane & Sandra Menser of Dawson Springs, KY; a half-brother ~ Dan Yarbrough; four grandchildren ~ Kelly Lane Gobin Menser, Todd Tolbert, Brad Tolbert & Christopher Owen Menser; four great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.



Visitation will be on Friday, June 7, 2013 from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M. and on Saturday, June 8, 2013 from 9:00 A.M, until the 1:00 P.M. funeral hour at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, KY. Funeral services will be conducted at Beshear Funeral Home on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. with Mr. Bob Henning & Rev. Eric Nelson officiating. Burial will follow in Rosedale Cemetery in Dawson Springs, KY.



Preceding Mrs. Menser in death were her husband ~ Earnest Marvin Menser (departed 6/20/1995;) brothers ~ Doyel Douglas Yarbrough, Rufus Junior Yarbrough, & Bill Yarbrough; a half-brother ~ Tim Yarbrough; and a sister ~ Corrine Braden Utley.
