Mrs. Geraldine Hankins Cline

Geraldine Hankins Cline, age 79, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY. Mrs. Cline was born on February 10, 1937 in Clay, KY to the late Burris Harold Grimes and Ruby Mae Pruitt Grimes. She was a beloved homemaker.



Mrs. Cline is survived by her husband ~ Jessie Cline of Dawson Springs, KY; five sisters ~ Nancy Watson of Dawson Springs, KY, Carolyn Hill of Providence, KY, Regina Kelley of Dawson Springs, KY, Kitty Crook of St. Charles, KY and Revena Marks of Alabama; and two brothers ~ Waldron Grimes and Marlin Grimes of Dawson Springs, KY.



She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother ~ Darrell Grimes and her former husband ~ Brownie Hankins.



Visitation for Mrs. Geraldine Hankins Cline will be Friday, July 15, 2016 from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour at 2:00 PM. with Rev. Thurman Harris and Rev. Larry Jamison officiating. Burial will follow in Lafayette Cemetery in Hopkins County.



Pallbearers include Brian Ray, Marlin Grimes, Wendell Brinkley, Danny Kelley, Keith “Bubba” Brown, and James “Pooter” Brown.
