Mr. Wayne Allen Wise

Wayne Allen 'Mad Dog, Kentucky Weasel' Wise, 72, of Dalton, Kentucky passed away on November 9, 2012 in at his home. Mr. Wise was born on December 18, 1939 in Chicago, IL to the late William Marion and Violet Josephine Thomas Wise. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force, and was a heavy equipment operator and 18 wheel long haul trucker all of his working life. He will long be remembered as a wonderful family man and one who could ‘fix’ about anything.



Mr. Wise was a member of the Dunn Missionary Baptist Church, a member of the Engineers Local 150, a member of the Moose International Lodge, and a member of the NRA.



Mr. Wise is survived by his beloved wife~ Joanne Johnson Wise of Dalton, KY;



four daughters~ Karon Wise and Elizabeth (Liz) Pennington both of Dalton, KY; Gretchen Wise of Madisonville, KY, and Rebecca White and Curtis White of Madisonville, KY; three brothers~ William Wise (twin brother) of Florida, Richard Wise and Tom Wise both of Illinois; four sisters~ Barbara Bielby of Arizona, Carol Blivins of Illinois, Juanita Andersen and Pam Andrade both of California; four grandchildren~ Joshua (Nina), Jesse, Emily and Olivia; three great grands~ Nevaeh, Justin and Savannah.



Mr. Wise was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Violet Ann Henry.



Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, November 15, 2012 and from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Friday, November 16, 2012 at Beshear Funeral Home. His funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 16, 2012 at Beshear Funeral Home, of Dawson Springs, Kentucky conducted by Rev. Duane Boyett, with burial in Lafayette Cemetery. Military rites will be conducted by the U.S. Air Force at Lafayette Cemetery immediately after the funeral.
