Mr. Thomas "Tommy" Fields

Thomas “Tommy” Fields, age 56, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Fields was born on February 25, 1957 in Hopkins County, KY to the late William Fields, Jr & Dixie Mae Dillingham. He worked as an oil well digger and was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.



Mr. Fields is survived by his caregiver and companion ~ Barbie Waterman of Dawson Springs, KY; a son ~ Dusty Fields of Dawson Springs, KY; four sisters ~ Donna Hopwood of Maryville, TN, Margaret Conners of Madisonville, KY, Wetona Fields of Princeton, KY & Shirley Eli of Dawson Springs, KY; three brothers ~ Ronnie Fields of Dawson Springs, KY, Ricky Fields of Dawson Springs, KY & Billy Fields of Bowling Green, KY.



Preceding Mr. Fields in death were his parents; a daughter ~ Lisa Fields and a son ~ Jordon Duke.



Visitation for Mr. Thomas Fields will be from noon until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 25th, 2013 at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, KY. Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, June 25th, 2013 at 2:30 P.M. at Creekmur Cemetery in Caldwell County with Rev. Donnie Howton officiating.



Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the family for funeral expenses.
