Paul “P.K.” Kingery, Beulah, KY, passed away at 7:00 A.M. on Thursday, July 21, 2011 at his place of residence. Mr. Kingery was born February 12, 1927 in Hopkins County, Ky. He was an underground coal miner for 48 years of his life, and he worked a number of those years with Pyro Mining. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed woodworking activities. He was a member of the Richland Baptist Church.
Mr. Kingery is survived by his caretakers of many years ~ Beverly & Buddy Evans, and their daughter, Summer Evans, whom he considered to be like a granddaughter, all of Beulah, KY; a daughter~ Kathy Hutch of West Virginia; two sons & daughters-in-law~ Randy & Valerie Kingery and Ricky and Nancy Kingery, all of Nebo, KY; two sisters~ Ruth Kingery Love of N.C. and Elizabeth Gray of Clay, KY; many grandchildren and a few great grandchildren.
Preceding Mr. Kingery in death were his parents ~ George Kingery and Pearl Baker Kingery; a daughter ~ Karen Fork; five brothers~ Jack Kingery, James Kingery, Rex Kingery, Monroe Kingery and Ernie Kingery; and, four sisters~ Edith Kingery Ayers, Cleath Kingery Wyatt, Annie Mae Kingery Shelton, and Velma Kingery Robards.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 23, 2011 from 6-9:00 P.M. and Sunday, July 24, 2011 from 9:00– 2:00 P.M. at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, KY. Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Jim Lantrip on Sunday, July 24, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Beshear Funeral Home with burial Rosedale Cemetery in Dawson Springs, KY
Pallbearers will be Steve McClendon, Ralph Neisz, Donnie Suttle, Brian Suttle, Gary Suttle, and Ray Dunlap.
