Mr. James Otis Adamson, Sr.

James Otis Adamson, Sr, age 48, of Dawson Springs, KY, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Adamson was born on May 20, 1967 in Hopkins County, KY to the late Jimmy Johnson and Floella Adamson. He was a professional Tree Surgeon.



Mr. Adamson is survived by four sons ~ James Otis Adamson, Jr. and Justin Ray Leon Adamson both of Dawson Springs, KY, Shawn Whimpy of Princeton, KY and Maxwell Augustus Dunlap Adamson of White Plains, KY; four brothers ~ Mikey Johnson, Clarence Barnes, Wayne (Sherry) Barnes and Clifford Barnes of Dawson Springs, KY; three sisters ~ Tammy Barnes, Clara Lutz, and Vonda Rice of Dawson Springs, KY; two grandchildren, several step children, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.



Preceding Mr. Adamson in death are his parents, and his wife ~ Ruby Adamson (July 2013).



Visitation for Mr. Adamson will be Saturday, January 9, 2016 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Beshear Funeral Home, Dawson Springs, KY. Burial will follow immediately at Dunn Cemetery. Pallbearers include Mikey Johnson, Eugene Drennen, Perry Abbott, Brandon Hawkins, Travis Menser, Chad Menser, Willie Dunning, and Larry Adamson.
