Mr. Fred Edward Wallace, Jr.

Fred Edward Wallace, Jr., age 56, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away at 12:30 A.M. on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at the Tradewater Health Center, Dawson Springs, KY. Mr. Wallace was born on June 18, 1958 in LasAngeles, California to Fred Edward Wallace, Sr. and Mary Louise Franklin Deaton. Mr. Wallace was the Operations Manager for Harrahs Hose & Hydraulics of Madisonville, KY for many years. He was the co-founder, and a former volunteer firefighter for the Northwest Christian County Volunteer Fire Department. He was a member of the Bainbridge Grove Baptist Church, and he very much loved hunting, fishing, and family time.



Mr. Wallace is survived by his faithful wife of 36 years, Cathy Eli Wallace of Dawson Springs, KY; five sisters ~ Marsha (Kenny) Hawkins, LaDonna (Jim) Adams, and Julie Anderson all of Madisonville, KY; Teresa (Tommy) Camplin of Cadiz, KY, and Tammy (Chris) McCabe of Ohio; four brothers ~ Keith (Darlene) Wallace, Frank (Melissa) Wallace, Dan (Stephanie) Wallace, and Joe Wallace all of Madisonville, KY; 21 nieces & nephews, 24 great nieces & nephews, 3 great great nephews, and several step nieces & nephews.



Preceding Mr. Wallace in death are his parents, one brother, one niece, and a stepfather ~ William “Bill” Deaton.



Friends are invited to attend a Visitation for Mr. Wallace on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home, Dawson Springs, KY, and again on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 from 8:00 AM until the funeral hour at 11:00 AM. The service will be officiated by Rev. Harold Cayce and burial will follow at Macedonia Cemetery.



Active Pallbearers will include: Troy Brown, Jesse Eli, Kevin Crook, Chris Davis, Jerry Hughes and Bill Barnett. Honorary Pallbearers will include all of the employees of Harrah’s Hose and Hydraulics.
