Mr. Donald Edward Gamble

Donald Edward Gamble, age 82, of Dawson Springs, KY, passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at the Baptist Health of Madisonville, KY. Mr. Gamble was born on October 4, 1930 in Cattlesburg, KY to James and Stella Jackson Gamble, and he was a graduate of Catlettsburg High School. He worked as a machinist with Armco Steel for 43 years and he served in the National Guard. He was of the Christian Faith.



Mr. Gamble is survived by two daughters ~ Jennifer Espy of Kimberly AL, and Donna Crumpton of Clanton, AL; four grandchildren~ Chrissy Lewis, D.C. Espy, Pam Espy and Scott Crumpton; and two great grandchildren~ Cody Lewis and Dusty Lewis.



Preceding Mr. Gamble in death were his parents; his wife~ Doris Evelyn Blair Gamble (departed 5-22-2010), and two sisters~ Tommy Baker and Ermalee Archey.



Services are being planned for a later date, afterwards which burial will be in the Carbon Hill Memorial Cemetery in Carbon Hill, AL.
