Mary Ann Frazer Orten

Mary Ann Frazer Orten, age 72, of Dawson Springs, KY, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2017 at Tradewater Health & Rehab in Dawson Springs, KY. Mrs. Orten was born on November 21, 1944 in Providence, KY to the late James “Pappy” Frazer and Blondy M. Dockery Frazer. She worked at Arvin Industries in Princeton , KY and was a member of Star of Bethlehem Church.. Mrs. Orten was a 1962 graduate of West Hopkins High School.



Mrs. Orten is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law ~ Michael Dale and Kimberly Orten of Madisonville, KY and Daniel Scott and Cheryl Orten of Dawson Springs, KY; two sisters ~ Wanda J. Davis of Springfield, TN and Martha Childress of Dawson Springs, KY; six grandchildren ~ Tracy Marran, Heather Gallimore, Ashley Mills, Mary Kaitlyn Orten, Jaken Orten and Bethany Orten; three great-grandchildren ~ Macy, Malachi and Hudson.



Preceding Mrs. Orten in death were her parents and her husband ~ James Ronnie Orten (departed 11/13/1994) and a son ~ Gregory Dean Orten.



Visitation for Mrs. Mary will be on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 from 6:00 - 9:00 P.M. at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, KY. Visitation will continue on Thursday, June 8, 2017 from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at Star of Bethlehem Church in Ilsley, KY. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at Star of Bethlehem Church with Rev. Michael Dale Orten and Rev. Daniel Scott Orten officiating. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Dawson Springs, Kentucky.



Active Pallbearers will be Jaken Orten, Matthew Gallimore, Tony Winters, Roy Marran, Tyler Mills and Joey Greer. Honorary Pallbearers will be Donnie Norris, Kenneth Fuller, Malachi Gallimore and Hudson Gallimore.
