Marie Hayden Parker

Marie Parker, age 70, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Friday, June 23, 2017 at her residence. Mrs. Parker was born on March 23, 1947 in Madisonville, KY to the late Lawrence Frederick Hayden and Martha Ann Ipock Hayden. She worked for many years at Outwood Rescare and was a member of Lafayette Baptist Church.



Mrs. Parker is survived by her husband ~ Rev. Charlie Parker, Jr. of Dawson Springs, KY; a daughter and son-in-law~ Anita Marie and Dennis Downey of Dawson Springs, KY; two sons ~ Larry Dewayne Parker of Dawson Springs, KY and Charles Jeffrey “Jeff” Parker of Lexington, KY; seven grandchildren ~ Christie Marie Puckett, Sarah Ann Rhew, Jeffrey Ray Parker, Jessica Holly Clark, Ashley Nicole Mills, Allison Nichelle Parker and Larry Parker, Jr.



She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister ~ Geneva VanMatre and a brother ~ Raymond Earl Hayden.



Visitation for Mrs. Marie Parker will be Tuesday, June 27, 2017 from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour at 2:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home, Dawson Springs, KY. Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Beshear Funeral Home with the Rev. Daniel Pecaro officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
