Linda May Lucas

Linda May Lucas, age 81, of Madisonville, KY and formerly of Dawson Springs, KY, passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY. Ms. Lucas was born on April 18, 1942 in Dawson Springs, KY to the late Carl Henderson Williamson and Pearl Beatrice Parrott Appleby. She worked at Ottenheimer Manufacturing and was of the Baptist faith.

Ms. Lucas is survived by a daughter ~ Kathy Jones of Madisonville, KY; a sister ~ Freida Johnston of Dawson Springs, KY; a brother ~ Earl Franklin Williamson of IL; four grandchildren ~ Brad Bailey, Jennifer Phillips, Traci Earl and Kasey Alexander; and four great-grandchildren ~ Tatan Barnes, Elias Earl, Paisley Alexander and Brielin Wilson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband ~ Harold Lucas; a sister ~ Diana Williams and a brother ~ Carl Jackson Williamson.

Visitation for Ms. Linda May Lucas will be on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. and on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 from 9:00 A.M. until the 2:00 P.M. funeral service time at Beshear Funeral Home, Dawson Springs, KY. Rev. Brad Payne will officiate the funeral service. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery in Dawson Springs, KY.

Pallbearers will be Walter Phillips, Jr., Tatan Barnes, Brian Johnston, Kasey Alexander, Elias Earl and Malcolm Larkins.
