Linda Joyce Allen

Linda Joyce Allen, age 79, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at Baptist Health Deaconess Hospital in Madisonville, KY. Ms. Allen was born on October 17, 1945 in Madisonville, KY to the late William Burnice Parkest and Kathleen Cunningham Parkest. She worked as a seamstress for many years at Soffer Sewing Factory in North Carolina and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include a daughter ~ Jeri Sue Dillingham of Madisonville, KY; two sisters ~ Wanda (Archie) Camplin of St. Charles, KY and Tansley Hamp of Madisonville, KY; four grandchildren ~ James Robert Mitchell, Kayla Nichole Mitchell, Devin Dillingham and Dustin Goode; and five great-grandchildren ~ Deviny Dillingham, Gabriel Dillingham, Dillion Mitchell, Shayle Mitchell and Kensley Norvall.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter ~ Lisa Dillingham and a son ~ Dwight Dillingham.

Graveside services for Linda Joyce Allen will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Macedonia Cemetery in Christian County, KY with Pastor Allen Menser officiating.  Pallbearers are:  Johnathon Egbert, Archie Camplin, Travis Camplin, Daniel Camplin, Danny Tittsworth, and Jeff Camplin.
