Jessica Leigh Vinson

Jessica Leigh Vinson age 36, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.  Mrs. Vinson was born on March 18, 1987 to Jeffrey Abbott and Linda Davis Baker.  She was a beloved mother and homemaker and a member of Charleston Baptist Church in Hopkins, County.

Survivors include her husband ~ Dustin Vinson of Dawson Springs, KY; two daughters ~ Kyleigh Vinson and Paislee Vinson both of Dawson Springs, KY; two sisters ~ Michelle (Jeffrey Walker) Abbott and Emma Abbott both of Dawson Springs, KY; a brother ~ Chris Baker of South Carolina; her step-mother ~ Susan Abbott of Dawson Springs, KY; her step-father ~ Ralph “Buck” Baker of Dawson Springs, KY; her maternal grandmother ~ Myrtle Davis of Dawson Springs, KY and a nephew ~ James Colt of Dawson Springs, KY.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather ~ James Thomas Davis and her paternal grandparents ~ Arlie and Willodean Abbott.

A visitation for Jessica Leigh Vinson will be held Thursday, December 21, 2023 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM and Friday, December 22, 2023 from 9:00 AM until the funeral hour at 1:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home, Dawson Springs, KY. Rev. Jon Riggs and Rev. Ralph Alexander will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Lafayette Cemetery in Hopkins County, KY.

Active Pallbearers will be Christopher Baker, Brian Davis, Tim Davis, Jeffrey Walker, Shane Davis, Jonathan Howton and Matthew Davis.  Jeffrey Abbott, Ralph “Buck” Baker and Dustin Bolin have been named as Honorary Pallbearers.
