Irene Virginia Renshaw

Irene Virginia Renshaw, age 98, of formerly of Dawson Springs passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at Tradewater Health and Rehab in Dawson Springs, KY.  Mrs. Renshaw was born on December 14, 1925 in Montgomery County, TN to the late John Calvin Steeley, Sr. and Sofie Christine Steeley. She worked in housekeeping at Pennyrile State Park and was a member of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Dawson Springs, KY.

She is survived by her daughter ~ Judy Willis of Dawson Springs, KY and her sister ~ Christine Farmer of Romeoville, IL.

Mrs. Renshaw was preceded in death by her parents; her husband ~ Robert Finley Renshaw; two sisters ~ Angeline Todd and Ella Mae Riley and three brothers ~ William Henry Steeley, John Calvin Steeley, Jr., and James Steeley.

Visitation for Mrs. Irene Virginia Renshaw will be Saturday, May 25, 2024 from 12:00 P.M. until the 2:00 P.M. funeral hour with Elder Jeff Winfrey officiating. Burial will follow in Ilsley Cemetery in Ilsley, KY.

Pallbearers will be Jimmie Steeley, Timmy Steeley, Colton Harper, Kenny Feuke, Ron Harper and J.T. Harper.
