Hugh William Moors, Sr.

Hugh William Moors, age 85, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2016 at the Tradewater Health and Rehabilitation Center, Dawson Springs, KY. Mr. Moors was born on May 21, 1931 in Vincennes, IN to the late Hugh William Moors, and Margaret Huff Moors. He was the owner of Corr-Wood Manufacturing, Inc. in Evansville, IN since 1973. He was of the Lutheran Faith.



Mr. Moors is survived by his wife of sixty six years ~ Dorothy Jane Saurer Moors of Dawson Springs, KY, a son and daughter-in-law ~ Hugh William “ Butch” Moors, Jr. and Kimberly of Evansville, IN, and two grandchildren ~ Stephen Moors and Kelly Moors.



He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother ~ Alan Moors and a sister ~ Martha Pence.



There will be a private graveside service held at Piney Grove Cemetery, Caldwell County, KY with burial to follow.
