Franklin Neil Pleasant

Franklin Neil Pleasant, age 65, of Madisonville, KY passed away on SAturday, May 26, 2018 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY. Mr. Pleasant was born on June 13, 1952 in Madisonville, KY to the late Ray Neil Pleasant and Leatrice Joy McKnight Pleasant. He worked at shops for handicapped employees and was a member of Lake Grove Baptist Church.



Mr. Pleasant is survived by five aunts ~ Maybell Sizemore of Madisonville, KY, Faye Long of London, KY, Zenoba Lanham of Dawson Springs, KY, Stacy Wyatt of Madisonville, KY and Theresa Woodruff of Dawson Springs, KY.



Preceding Mr. Pleasant in death are his parents; a brother ~ Jimmy Pleasant; an uncle ~ Bruce McKnight; and four aunts ~ Mae McKnight, Mona McGregor, Sue Vandiver and Brenda Hunt.



Visitation for Mr. Franklin Neil Pleasant will be Wednesday, May 30, 2018, from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour at 2:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, KY with Rev. Jackie Mathis officiating. Burial will follow in Old Suthards Cemetery Hopkins County, KY.



Pallbearers will be: Jeff Latham, Ray Wyatt, Terrell McKnight, Mike Long, Tommy Vandiver, Jeffery Phillips and Kenton Sizemore.
