Elizabeth Royal

Elizabeth Royal, age 70, of Ilsley, KY passed away on Monday, February 25, 2019 at her residence. Mrs. Royal was born on July 5, 1948 in Ilsley, KY to the late William Floyd Jackson and Jennie Kathryn Messimore Jackson. She worked for twenty-six years with patient care at Outwood. She was of the Christian Faith.



Mrs. Royal is survived by her husband of 56 years ~ Robert Earl Royal of Ilsley, KY; a daughter ~ Lisa Gail (Curtis) Brasher of Dawson Springs, KY; two sons ~ Anthony “Tony” Earl (Sherry) Royal and Douglas Glen (Kristi) Royal all of Ilsley, KY; seven grandchildren ~ Candace Crook, Travis Crook, Mickey Royal, Amber Hackney, Tiffany Royal, Carly Royal and Emily Royal; eighteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; and one sister ~ Linda (Emmitt) Camplin of White Plains, KY.



She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters ~ Evaughn Davis, Patsie Neisz and Ethel Louise Gates.



Visitation for Mrs. Royal will be Thursday, February 28, 2019 from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Alan Menser officiating at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, KY. Burial will follow at the Ilsley Cemetery.



Active Pallbearers will include Douglas Glen Royal, Anthony “Tony” Earl Royal, Terry Sharp, Mickey Royal, Travis Crook and Preston Hackney.
