Donnie Gordon Bratcher

Donnie Gordon Bratcher, age 84, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025 at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY. Mr. Bratcher was born on August 3, 1940 in Dawson Springs, KY to the late Mosie Bratcher and Flora Bratcher. Donnie was a 1958 graduate of Dawson Springs High School. He worked as a surface coal miner and was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church.

Mr. Bratcher is survived by his son ~ Troy Bratcher of Madisonville, KY; a sister ~ Joyce (Robert) Moore of Dawson Springs, KY; a brother ~ Rayburn Bratcher of Ilsley, KY; two granddaughters ~ Emily Bratcher and Allison Bratcher; two great-grandsons ~ Solomon Bratcher Thomas and Elias Wescott.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved wife ~ Brenda Bratcher (departed 5/18/2012)

Visitation for Donnie Gordon Bratcher will be on Friday, February 7, 2025 from 11:00 A.M. until the 2:00 P.M. funeral hour at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, KY with Rev. Kellan Lamb officiating. Burial will follow in New Salem Cemetery in Nortonville, KY. 

Pallbearers will be: Timothy Merrill, Tyler Merrill, Donnie Bowles and Michael Bratcher.
