Billy Morris Clayton

Billy Morris Clayton, age 89, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Friday, November 24, 2023 at Ridgewood Terrace in Madisonville, KY. Mr. Clayton was born on April 17, 1934 in Caldwell County, KY.  He served his country in the United States Army serving two years in Germany.  Mr. Clayton retired from Pyro Mining Electrical Shop where he worked as an electrician.  He was a member of the Madisonville Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife ~ Shirley Gunn Clayton of Madisonville, KY and a brother ~ Jerry Clayton of Madisonville, KY.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife ~ Ramona Clayton; two sisters ~ Joyce Holland and Jane Brown and a brother ~ Harold Jones.

Visitation for Billy Morris Clayton will be held Thursday, November 30, 2023 from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour at 1:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home, Dawson Springs, KY with Bro. Peter Gunn officiating. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery in Dawson Springs, KY.
