Betty Lucille Dunbar

Betty Lucille Dunbar, age 85, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Baptist Health, Madisonville, KY. Ms. Dunbar was born on May 12, 1932 in Dawson Springs, KY to the late William Lewis Evans and Willie Mae Jennings Evans. She was a beloved homemaker and mother.



Ms. Dunbar is survived by six daughters ~ Shirley VanHoose of Miami, OK, Betty Joyce Dunbar of Dawson Springs, KY, Marilyn Lewis of Princeton, KY, Judy Gregg, Brenda Trotter and Janice Akin all of Dawson Springs, KY; three sons ~ Roy Dunbar, William Dunbar and James Dale Dunbar all of Dawson Springs, KY; twenty four grandchildren, forty four great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren.



Ms. Dunbar is preceded in death by her parents; Husband ~ Mack Ray Dunbar, two sons ~ Mack Raymond Dunbar and Arthur Eugene Dunbar; two daughters ~ Sharon Sue Dunbar & Barbara Rose Dunbar; one grandson ~ Timothy Eric Dunbar; two brothers ~ Robert Evans and Houston Evans; and wo sisters ~ JoAnn Faulk and Pearlie Walker.



Visitation for Ms Betty Lucille Dunbar will be Tuesday from 9:30 AM until the funeral hour at 2:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home, Dawson Springs, KY with Rev. Kenneth Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Old Beulah Cemetery. Active Pall Bearers will include Lois Trotter, Lewis Trotter, Timothy Terry, Eric Brown, Mark Wallace and Dave Trotter.
