Anna Jo Rambo

Anna Jo Lee Rambo, age 89, of Madisonville, KY and formerly of Dawson Springs, passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Ridgewood Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center. Ms. Rambo was born on December 4, 1927 in Muhlenberg County, KY to the late Archie Lee and Mary Pendley Lee. She was a beloved mother and homemaker and she was a member of the Life Apostolic Church of Madisonville.



Ms Rambo is survived by a daughter and son-in-law ~ Sandra Darnell and Rev. Dwight Darnell of Madisonville, a son and daughter-in-law ~ Timothy Rambo and Jennifer Rambo of Hopkinsville, KY, seven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren and a son-in-law ~ David Brasher of Madisonville, KY.



She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of sixty eight years ~ Noah Monroe Rambo (departed 12-31-2014), a daughter ~ Barbara Rambo Brasher (departed 6-4-2012), two sisters ~ Dottie Utley and Patsy Norris, and a brother ~ James Lee.



Visitation for Anna Jo Lee Rambo will be on Friday, April 14, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, Kentucky, and on Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 8:00 AM until the funeral hour at 11:00 AM at Beshear Funeral Home with Rev. Dwight Darnell officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery. Active pall bearers include: Kaleb Giffin, Ben Giffin, Jake Brasher, Taylor Darnell, Brandon Darnell and Kevin Dukes.
